As the coronavirus pandemic deepens 

& things get really really crazy, 

here's some words I want to share 

from the verses I feel God gave me to hold on to during 2020...



Don't throw away this confident trust in the Lord,

no matter what happens.

Remember the great reward it brings you!

Patient endurance is what you need now,

so you will continue to do the Lord's will.

Then you will receive all that He has promised.

Give all your worries & cares to God,

for He cares about what happens to you.

1 Peter 5:7 (NLT, 1st ed.)



We are pressed on every side by troubles,

but we are not crushed or broken.

We are perplexed

but we don't give up & quit.

We are hunted down,

but God never abandons us.

We get knocked down

but we get up again & keep going.

Through suffering, these bodies of ours constantly share in the death of Jesus,

so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies.
