a good read

 I've been writing this blog for quite a few years.

I'm going to suggest something I've never done before.

This morning I was to read the closing chapter of the gospel of John.

That's John chapters 18-21.

I want to suggest that sometime today you read those chapters, all in one sitting.

I offers us a view through John's eves of the closing days of Jesus' life.

Don't get hung up on any particular few verses.

Just read it through - like you've never read it before.

Let yourself be caught up in the full sweep of those last few days.
