Romans 11

22 God is both kind & severe.

     He is severe to those who disobey Him,

     but kind to you as you continue to trust His kindness.

But if you stop trusting Him,

     you will also be cut off.


vs 29 God's gifts & His call can never be withdrawn.



So, there you have it...

If we obey Him, He will be kind to us.

But if we disobey Him... there WILL be consequences - not good ones.


Contrary to popular, smorgasbord middle class Christianity, obedience is not optional.

Not at all.

Think about that today.



An one more thing...

Once God gifts us & call us, He doesn't change His mind.

We are gift & called to be & do what He dreamed us to be & do.

period.

Think about THAT today, too!
