I pray that you will begin to understand the incredible greatness of His power for us who believe in Him.

This is the same power that raised Jesus from the dead

  & seated Him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms.

Ephesians 1:19-20



Paul is talking about the Holy Spirit here.

     The Holy Spirit is the 3rd Person of the  Trinity - powerhouse of God

And after Jesus left earth & went back to heaven, He sent the Holy Spirit to live in us.

A taste of the kind of power we're talking about here is that the Holy Spirit raised Jesus from the dead.

And that same power lives in us.


Let that sink in.


So, the power that brought Jesus back to life is the power that gives us strength to be & do what God leads us to be & do.


Do any of us really believe this?


Because if we did, wouldn't we live differently, more triumphantly, w/ a whole lot more confidence & humility?


Or should we continue to limp along in our neurotic feelings of insecurity & inferiority?


What would happen in your life & mine if we REALLY believed this?
