Romans 6: 16a ...whatever you choose to obey becomes your master.
Vs 19c Now you must choose to be slaves of righteousness so that you will become holy.

It's all about what we choose. We must choose life, choose to survive, choose to not do those things we used to do before we were Christ followers, choose to listen to the Lord when Hetells us what to do.

But you don't have the strength to choose?

The Power of the Holy Spirit is available, living inside us, to make it possible.

This is the same Power that raised Jesus from the dead, & created the universes.

It's all about making simple, small choices day to day, to be who He wants us to be, & do what he wants us to do.

Rome wasn't built in a day. But over the span of years, it was.

We won't become super-Christians glowing with holiness & clean living overnight. But over the span of the years, if we choose to allow His Holy Spirit control & empower us, we will become more of what He intended us to become all along
