keep on

Luke 11

9
 "Keep on asking,

and you will receive what you ask for.

Keep on seeking,

     and you will find.

Keep on knocking,

and the door will be opened to you.

10 For everyone who asks,

      receives.

Everyone who seeks,

      finds.

And to everyone who knocks,

     the door will be opened.

I've said before in this blog that the operative words spoken by Jesus in these 2 verses, for me, are "keep on".

"Keep on" when you're clueless.

"Keep on" when you're discouraged.

"Keep on" when everyone thinks you're crazy, or a failure.

"Keep on" when you're scared.

"Keep on" when you're tired.

"Keep on"  when you've hit the wall.

"Keep on" when you don't think you're able to be & do what you think God wants you to be & do.

"Keep on" when life doesn't make sense.

"Keep on" when your life feels like it has come to an end.

"Keep on" when you feel like your done.

"Keep on" when you're been & done everything you can think of & nothing seems to work.

"Keep on" even when you feel hedged in by God.

"Keep on" when you feel like the Lord is done with you.

"Keep on" when keeping on feels really stupid.

"Keep on" when you don't think you can keep on.
