giving up & getting

Psalm 108:13 With God's help we will do mighty things for He will trample down our foes.

Luke 14:33 No one can become My disciple without giving up everything for Me.
     And what do we get if we do?
     We get a connection with the God of the universes.
     We get the life He dreamed for us a gajillion years ago.
     So what we give up pales in comparison to what we get.
