a reminder

Here's a reminder...

Maybe someone besides me needs to remember this today...

Give all your worries

& cares

to God,

for He cares about what happens to you.

1 Peter 5:7

A remarkable verse in a world that seems to specialize sometimes in not caring at all.

The word, “all” stands out this morning.

ALL of our worries & cares.

No matter how huge or trivial they may seem.

All of them we can give to God.

iow, we don't have to carry them on our shoulders.

We can release them into God's care.

And He'll take care of them.

We know who we're talkin' about here, right?

God:

the all-powerful,

all-knowing

God of the universes,

who made everything that is,

who is the every essence of love,

who ALWAYS has been (wanna melt your brain – think about THAT for a while),

& who ALWAYS will be (another thought process that will short circuit ya!).

And He cares about the big & trivial parts of our lives that worry us & capture our attention.

Like I said, this is just a reminder...
