Don't know what's ahead for 2014. But when God seems to give more than one verse for a year, it usually means it's gonna be a doozie!



Hebrews 10

35 So don’t throw away this confident trust in the Lord,


         no matter what happens.

Remember the great reward it brings you!

36 Patient endurance is what you need now,

      (dan note: patient endurance? seems like I've been patiently enduring for quite a few years now!)


      so that you will continue to do God’s will.

Then you will receive all that He has promised.

       (dan note: all? all of whatever is it? hmmmmmm...)




Hebrews 12

12 So take a new grip with your tired hands

     & stand firm on your shakey legs. 

     (dan note: at my age, I identify A LOT w/ the tired hands & shakey legs part)


Then those who follow you, 

     (dan note: those who follow you... who are they & why are they following me?)



     through they are weak & lame,


     will not stumble & fall

     but will become strong.



Ephesians 3

20 Now all glory to God,

        who is able,

            thru His mighty power at work w/n us,

        to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask

            or think.

(dan note: infinitely more? than would mean a whole lot more? hmmmmmmm...)
