it's all about trust

Hebrews 10



35 Don't throw away this confident trust in the Lord,



        no matter what happens.



Remember the great reward it brings you!



36 Patient endurance is what you nee now,



        so you will continue to do God's will.



Then you will receive all that He has promised.



It's all about trust, isn't it?

Either we believe what He says, or we don't.

Either we trust to follow where He seems to lead, or we don't.

We either trust Him to take care of the mundane things of our life, or we don't.

We either trust Him with the BIG, earthshaking, hard to understand, hard to handle, awful, extraordinary, out of no where, boy-I-didn't-see-that-one-coming things in our lives, or we don't.


Btw, don't ask God to help you trust Him more - He'll send you things, people, & situations that will scare you & trusting Him will be just one more BIG step of faith.


It's kinda like praying for patience - God will send crazy people into your life!


So the question is a simple one for each of us as we pass through today & face whatever comes across our paths....

     do we trust Him, or not?
