shut up & serve

Care for the flock of God entrusted you.

We're so success oriented.

In everything we do, we think we have to be what the world see as successful.

We have to win, win, win!

So many times it would seem that we miss what God is doing in our lives because we think that what we have going on in our lives has to measure up to someone's idea of what is a meaningful life.

We're been living in Blairsville for 5 ½ years now.

When we moved here, we thought we knew what our season here was going to be all about.

It didn't turn out that way.

I had a serious rant this week about it with a friend, in a message on FB.

Well, it took Him a few days, but God put me in my place about it this morning.

Read that verse at the top of the page again.

That's about me.

Maybe you're in the same place as I am, thinking you're not being &/or doing much for God.

Where you are & what you're about is no accident.

You're there for a reason.

There are people there you can touch for Jesus.
