Psalm 28
1 O Lord, You are my rock of safety.
Please don't refuse to answer me.
For if You are silent, I might as well give up & die.
6 Praise the Lord!
For He has heard my cry for mercy.
7 The Lord is my strength from every danger.
I trust in Him w/ all my heart.
He helps me, & my heart is filled w/ joy.
I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.
Interesting contrast of where the psalmist was in verse 1, & where he was in verses 6 & 7.
Some of us are in verse 1 right now.
Eventually, we'll get to verses 6 & 7. (Let's not forget to remind each other occasionally)
