Isaiah 41:9b For I have chosen you
   & will not throw you away.

Do not be dismayed,
   for I am your God.


dismayed:

2. to surprise in such a manner as to disillusion: She was dismayed to learn of their disloyalty.

I will strengthen you.

I will help you.

I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.

victory:

3. the ultimate and decisive superiority in any battle or contest

victorious:
